Message: Family-owned. Alaskan through-and-through, if you're new to Alaska they can give you pointers on hunting and fishing up here as well. Always fair and willing to negotiate. I'm a local contractor and I buy everything from them. If I bring it to work and it doesn't work, they replace it no questions asked. Reputation and experience, means a lot more to me than any paperwork warranty.

Message: This place has been in business for years! I always come back beacuse of the people regardless if something gets screwed up or not. Thats life. Accidents happen. These "people" are here as a business to make money. They work hard and are often hastled beyond belief. If they do not give you a offer its because they know what does or does not sell. Nothing againat you but they dont want something thats gonna cost more time and effort than worth.. If it dont make dollars, it dont make sense.. I will always recommend people to be open minded and hit these guys up.. Life is a gamble after all. Pawn shops just are better educated on what to gamble on.

Message: I went to get a loan on my watch. They were extremely pleasant. I probably could have gotten a bigger loan but naturally they are harder to repay. Much better than Cash America in Anchorage.

Message: I tour alaska every year stopping at pawn shops when I run across them. Happen to stop here while looking for fishing spot. The owner was very cool and willing to negotiate, so I bought a portable hot water heater and a few nice knives. While talking to the owner we asked him where was the fishing spots. He not only told us where, but called a buddy who was fishing there and set us up to jump on his boat. We missed the boat ride cause we got lost on the way, but the spot was really cool. I am guessing the negative reviews are from people having to pawn stuff. My experience was great, very fair business. I almost bought a gun that the owner was willing to ship to ffl dealer in Idaho for me. TRUST ME you will like the final prices. I plan on visiting again in early june 2019. will update on experience!

Message: I love this pawn shop I dont understand why people are saying some mean things about this pawn shop. I can understand about the lady who had to re buy her four wheeler but other then that the people here are GREAT they are always nice to me and welcome me in whenever I come here:) I also like how you are able to negotiate prices here I end up getting good deals here most of the time or end up trading something for something they have here. People who are just talking bad about this pawn shop should find something else better to do. Long story short this is a great pawn shop with very nice polite people:).
